The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large yellow onion (chopped)
  • 4 to 5 medium carrots (peeled and cut into 1/8" rounds)
  • 5 to 6 medium cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 pounds uncooked Italian Chicken Sausage (removed from casings)
  • 8 ounces grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 10 cups chicken stock or broth (see NOTES)
  • 12 ounces 3/4 pound broccolette, (cut into 1" pieces, stems separated from florets)
