The following ingredients have 8 Servings

- 1 large yellow onion (chopped)
- 4 to 5 medium carrots (peeled and cut into 1/8" rounds)
- 5 to 6 medium cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 pounds uncooked Italian Chicken Sausage (removed from casings)
- 8 ounces grape or cherry tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 10 cups chicken stock or broth (see NOTES)
- 12 ounces 3/4 pound broccolette, (cut into 1" pieces, stems separated from florets)
