The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Brown Rice (or quinoa)
  • Prepared Crock Pot Salsa Chicken
  • Lettuce (chopped)
  • Cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Hot sauce
  • Jalapeños
  • Favorite chips
  • Guacamole
  • Beans (combined several kinds)
  • Pico de gallo

Instruction

  • Cook chicken breasts in a slow cooker ahead of time, or shred Rotisserie chicken and mix with salsa.
  • Make brown rice or quinoa ahead of time, according to package directions.
  • Prepare other ingredients and place in individual bowls.
  • Layer ingredients to make your favorite “bowl” and top with hot sauce and jalapenos and chip!
