- Brown Rice (or quinoa)
- Prepared Crock Pot Salsa Chicken
- Lettuce (chopped)
- Cheese
- Sour cream
- Hot sauce
- Jalapeños
- Favorite chips
- Guacamole
- Beans (combined several kinds)
- Pico de gallo
Instruction
- Cook chicken breasts in a slow cooker ahead of time, or shred Rotisserie chicken and mix with salsa.
- Make brown rice or quinoa ahead of time, according to package directions.
- Prepare other ingredients and place in individual bowls.
- Layer ingredients to make your favorite “bowl” and top with hot sauce and jalapenos and chip!
