Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 50 gm Chicken Reshmi Kebabs
  • 100 gm Hung Curd
  • 2 tbsp Cashew nut paste
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup Onion paste
  • 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp White pepper powder

Instruction

  • Take oil in a pan.after heating add onion paste, saute till the raw flavour has gone. Add ginger garlic paste & saute.
  • Add white pepper powder & hung curd.saute well, add cashew nut paste.
  • Now add chilli powder & salt. Add milk and butter.cook well. Now add chicken pieces & cook for a few mins.
  • Switch off the flame & add fresh cream. Serve hot with naan.
