The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder (**)
- 1/2 tsp fine grain sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 6 Tbsp ghee (or grass fed butter, melted)
- 6 Tbsp coconut milk (full fat )
- 2 large eggs (whisked)
- 1/4 cup ghee (or coconut oil, or grass fed butter, divided)
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1/2” cubes)
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 3 celery stalks (chopped)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 cup mushrooms (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Fresh rosemary (minced)
- 1 tsp Fresh sage (minced)
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme (minced)
- 3 Tbsp tapioca flour (or arrowroot starch)
- 2 3/4 cups chicken bone broth
- 1 16 oz bag frozen peas and carrots*
- 1 cup coconut milk (full fat, blended before added, if necessary)
