Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/3 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 450° F and allow to heat for full 30 minutes or more. Grease baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. If using a pizza stone (like me) just dust with a little flour to prevent sticking.
  • Roll out dough and stipple top to prevent bubbling; place onto baking sheet or baking stone.
  • Begin topping pizza by spreading pesto all over dough leaving 2/3 - 3/4 (or more depending on taste) inch for crust.
  • Evenly spread shredded chicken over pesto, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 450° F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool in pan for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve immediately.
