Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 chicken breast fillet
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs

Instruction

  • Chop chicken into cubes about 5cm x 5cm.
  • Dip in beaten egg.
  • Roll in breadcrumbs.
  • Shallow fry for 2-3 minutes each side, or bake in the oven at 175C for approximately 20 minutes (oven times will vary).
  • Serve hot.
