Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
Instruction
- Chop chicken into cubes about 5cm x 5cm.
- Dip in beaten egg.
- Roll in breadcrumbs.
- Shallow fry for 2-3 minutes each side, or bake in the oven at 175C for approximately 20 minutes (oven times will vary).
- Serve hot.
