Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 5 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces (or two large chicken breasts)
- 1 medium sweet yellow onion (small diced)
- 4 large garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 4 tablespoons flour (skip if you're making this gluten free)
- 4 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 8 - 10 cups chicken stock or broth
- 10 medium red potatoes (chopped)
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 2 cups sliced mushroom (we used baby portabellas)
- 2 cups sweet corn
- noodles (egg noodles are traditional, but use what you love!)
- fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
