Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 5 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces (or two large chicken breasts)
  • 1 medium sweet yellow onion (small diced)
  • 4 large garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 4 tablespoons flour (skip if you're making this gluten free)
  • 4 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 8 - 10 cups chicken stock or broth
  • 10 medium red potatoes (chopped)
  • 2 cups chopped carrots
  • 2 cups sliced mushroom (we used baby portabellas)
  • 2 cups sweet corn
  • noodles (egg noodles are traditional, but use what you love!)
  • fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper
