Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 40g butter
- 1 onion diced small
- 45g chicken noodle instant soup
- 1 tbs plain flour
- 1 cup Massel Chicken Style Liquid Stock
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups cooked chicken chopped roasted
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 cups pasta cooked
- 3/4 cup cheese grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 tsp fresh mixed herbs to garnish
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Lightly grease a large casserole dish. In a saucepan, add butter and diced onion, then cook over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
- Sprinkle in soup mix and flour. Mix until combined. Gradually add stock and milk, stirring until sauce thickens.
- Add chicken, tomato and cooked pasta. Reduce heat to low, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
- Add parsley, stir to combine and then spoon into prepared dish. Top with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
