Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 40g butter
  • 1 onion diced small
  • 45g chicken noodle instant soup
  • 1 tbs plain flour
  • 1 cup Massel Chicken Style Liquid Stock
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups cooked chicken chopped roasted
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 2 cups pasta cooked
  • 3/4 cup cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp fresh mixed herbs to garnish

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Lightly grease a large casserole dish. In a saucepan, add butter and diced onion, then cook over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
  • Sprinkle in soup mix and flour. Mix until combined. Gradually add stock and milk, stirring until sauce thickens.
  • Add chicken, tomato and cooked pasta. Reduce heat to low, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
  • Add parsley, stir to combine and then spoon into prepared dish. Top with cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
