Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lbs. Chicken Breasts Tenders (or Thighs)
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil depending
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Garlic Cloves minced or 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instruction
- In a bowl, stir together oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pierce chicken breasts with a fork all over. Place in a large Ziploc bag. Pour marinade over chicken. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes. 4 - 5 hours is ideal.
- Preheat oven to 425F/220C (standaror 390F/200C (fan / convection).
- Line tray with foil and baking paper. Place chicken upside down on tray. Drizzle chicken with about 1 tsp oil. Rub over with fingers.
- Bake 18 minutes, or until surface is golden per photos , or internal temperature is 165F/75C using a meat thermometer.
- Remove from oven and immediately transfer chicken to serving plates.
