Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lbs. Chicken Breasts Tenders (or Thighs)
  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil depending
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced or 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instruction

  • In a bowl, stir together oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Pierce chicken breasts with a fork all over. Place in a large Ziploc bag. Pour marinade over chicken. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes. 4 - 5 hours is ideal.
  • Preheat oven to 425F/220C (standaror 390F/200C (fan / convection).
  • Line tray with foil and baking paper. Place chicken upside down on tray. Drizzle chicken with about 1 tsp oil. Rub over with fingers.
  • Bake 18 minutes, or until surface is golden per photos , or internal temperature is 165F/75C using a meat thermometer.
  • Remove from oven and immediately transfer chicken to serving plates.
