Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 300 grams chicken (boneless strips or fillets)
- ½ cup Buttermilk ((or yogurt/ curd))
- 1 ½ tbsp corn flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/8 tsp turmeric (or haldi)
- ¼ to ½ tsp red chili powder
- Oil ( for deep frying or for pan frying which ever you chose to)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 cloves garlic ( chopped)
- 2 green chilies
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- Handful mint leaves (or pudina leaves)
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- ¼ to ½ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp. garam masala powder
- 3 tbsp. yogurt ((thick curd) (do not use sour one))
