Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 stalks celery, (sliced)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, (peeled and diced)
  • 2 carrots, (peeled and diced)
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 12 ounces macaroni, (boiled and drained)

Instruction

  • Stir the mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, dill, salt and pepper together in a large bowl.
  • Stir in the celery, eggs and carrots then stir in the chicken.
  • Finally, toss in the pasta to combine then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving with freshly chopped parsley for garnish and crackers if desired.
