- 10 oz. Cooked Boneless Chicken, diced
- 1 tbsp. Canola Oil (or other light oil)
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 c. Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 c. Julienned Carrots
- 1/4 c. Diced Scallions (add more for garnish as desired)
- 1 c. Snow Peas
- 1 c. Fresh Baby Spinach, torn
- Prepared Sauce
- 1/4 c. Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp. Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1/4 tsp. Sriracha, more or less, as desired
