  • 16 oz. Spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
  • 10 oz. Cooked Boneless Chicken, diced
  • 1 tbsp. Canola Oil (or other light oil)
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 c. Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 c. Julienned Carrots
  • 1/4 c. Diced Scallions (add more for garnish as desired)
  • 1 c. Snow Peas
  • 1 c. Fresh Baby Spinach, torn
  • Prepared Sauce
  • 1/4 c. Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. Sriracha, more or less, as desired
