The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 Lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt - plain non-fat
- 1/2 Whole Lemon (squeezed)
- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Ground Coriander
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp White Pepper
- 2 Tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 Tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Corn Oil
- 2 Whole White Onions (chopped)
- 2 Tsp Fresh Ginger (minced)
- 1 Whole Jalapeno (diced)
- 1/2 Tsp White Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Light Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Packed Fresh Cilantro
- 10 Leaves Mint
- 1 Whole Jalapeno (diced)
- 1 Whole Lime (squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp Corn Oil
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Milk
Instruction
- Combine all the marinade ingredients and cover chicken. Let marinate for 2 hours. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes turning halfway through the baking. Set aside.
