The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tbsp corn starch
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
  • ¾ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ¾ cup diced green bell pepper
  • 3 scallions ((chopped, white and light green for stir fry, dark green for serving))
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil ((divided))
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 4 tablespoons Chinese fermented black beans ((also known as Chinese Douchi))
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine ((or use dry sherry) )
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil
