The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound chicken thighs
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tbsp corn starch
- 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
- ¾ cup diced red bell pepper
- ¾ cup diced green bell pepper
- 3 scallions ((chopped, white and light green for stir fry, dark green for serving))
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil ((divided))
- 2 tablespoons roughly chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 4 tablespoons Chinese fermented black beans ((also known as Chinese Douchi))
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine ((or use dry sherry) )
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
