Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup chicken, cooked and cut into small pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 oz ham, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Instruction
- Get your waffle iron ready according to manufacturer's instructions.
- In a large bowl, beat your egg and then add the other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Add 1/4 of the batter to the center of the heated waffle iron and close.
- Continue with the rest of the batter. This should make 4 small waffles.
- Note: My waffle make does not require me to grease it beforehand. I find that if I make the waffles small and in the center, they will not stick. They should come out nice and chewy but crunchy on the outside.
