Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 lb ground chicken breast
  • 2/3 cup avocado
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat. If using an electric griddle, heat to 350 F.
  • Add all ingredients for the burgers to a small bowl. Using your fingers, mash the avocado and disperse the ingredients evenly throughout the meat.
  • Divide the meat into even sections and press each section together between your hands to flatten and form into a burger patty.
  • Place the burgers on the pre-heated grill cooking 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • Remove burgers from grill and serve immediately with your favorite toppings. Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
