The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1- 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy Sauce (Light)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Onions
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce ((adjust to taste))
- 2-3 eggs (, lightly beaten)
- 2 cloves garlic (, minced)
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- ½ small onion (, sliced)
- 1 cup peas and carrots
- ¼ cup canola or vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups cooked day old, long grain rice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (, (I used light soy sauce))
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 green onions (, sliced)
- ½ -1 tablespoon pepper flakes
- a dash of curry powder ((optional))
- 1/2 -1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
