The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1- 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy Sauce (Light)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Onions
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce ((adjust to taste))
  • 2-3 eggs (, lightly beaten)
  • 2 cloves garlic (, minced)
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • ½ small onion (, sliced)
  • 1 cup peas and carrots
  • ¼ cup canola or vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups cooked day old, long grain rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (, (I used light soy sauce))
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 green onions (, sliced)
  • ½ -1 tablespoon pepper flakes
  • a dash of curry powder ((optional))
  • 1/2 -1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
