  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chives, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon minced thyme
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
