The following ingredients have 4 Servings

- salt and freshly ground black pepper, (to taste (about a teaspoon of each))
- 1 cup all purpose flour, (divided use)
- 25 saltine crackers, (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper ((optional))
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup milk
- vegetable oil or shortening, (for frying)
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ to 2 cups milk ((more, if necessary))
- salt and black pepper, (to taste)
