- 2 pounds boneless (skinless chicken breasts (4-5 medium sized breasts))
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups flour (save leftover for gravy)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup canola or vegetable oil for frying
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup flour leftover from dredging (above, or use fresh)
- Salt and pepper to taste
