  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups flour (save leftover for gravy)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup canola or vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup flour leftover from dredging (above, or use fresh)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
