- 1 small onion (diced)

- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 14.5- ounce can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 2 cups vegetable broth (divided)
- 1.5 tablespoons flour
- 6 10 " flour tortillas
- 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 4- ounce can diced green chilies (drained)
- 2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese (divided)
- Green onions for garnish
- Sour cream for serving
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
