The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 3 garlic cloves (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 14.5- ounce can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups vegetable broth (divided)
  • 1.5 tablespoons flour
  • 6 10 " flour tortillas
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 4- ounce can diced green chilies (drained)
  • 2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese (divided)
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sour cream for serving

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray an 9x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
