Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni (cooked al dente and drained)
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken (cubed and cooked)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 16 oz block Velveeta (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Mix together all of your ingredients in a lightly greased 6-quart crock pot
  • Cover and cook on low for 1.5-2 hours, stirring occasionally
  • Once the cheese sauce is smooth, remove insert and set on a heat-resistant surface for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally (this gives the sauce time to thicken up)
