Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni (cooked al dente and drained)
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken (cubed and cooked)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 16 oz block Velveeta (cubed)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instruction
- Mix together all of your ingredients in a lightly greased 6-quart crock pot
- Cover and cook on low for 1.5-2 hours, stirring occasionally
- Once the cheese sauce is smooth, remove insert and set on a heat-resistant surface for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally (this gives the sauce time to thicken up)
