Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 packages Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 flatbreads come in each package)
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup diced deli ham
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: parsley for garnish
Instruction
- Put the mayo and mustard in a bowl and stir until combined.
- Put the four flatbreads on a tray or baking sheet. Evenly spread the mayo mustard over each flatbread.
- Add two slices of swiss cheese to each flatbread and top each with the chicken, ham, and mozzarella cheese.
- Cook according to one of these methods:Oven: Place the flatbreads in a 375 degree oven on a baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes.Traeger/ pellet grill: Place the flatbreads on the grill grate of your Traeger/ pellet grill preheated to 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Serve with parsley sprinkled over top for garnish if desired.
