Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 packages Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 flatbreads come in each package)
  • 8 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup diced deli ham
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: parsley for garnish

Instruction

  • Put the mayo and mustard in a bowl and stir until combined.
  • Put the four flatbreads on a tray or baking sheet. Evenly spread the mayo mustard over each flatbread.
  • Add two slices of swiss cheese to each flatbread and top each with the chicken, ham, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Cook according to one of these methods:Oven: Place the flatbreads in a 375 degree oven on a baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes.Traeger/ pellet grill: Place the flatbreads on the grill grate of your Traeger/ pellet grill preheated to 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve with parsley sprinkled over top for garnish if desired.
