- 3 large boneless chicken breast , halved n flattened
- 1/2 pound(s) deli ham slices
- 1/2 pound(s) swiss cheese slices
- 2 cup(s) bread crumbs (more or less)
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup(s) vegetable oil (more or less)
- - toothpicks
Instruction
- FLATTEN OUT CHICKEN BREAST
- LAY ONTOP OF CHICKEN A SLICE OF HAM N THEN A SLICE OF SWISS CHEESE. THEN ROLL UP TIGHTLY N SECURE WITH A TOOTHPICK OR TWO.
- NEXT DIP CHICKEN ROLL IN BEATEN EGG N THEN ROLL IN BREADCRUMBS. ONCE ALL CHICKEN IS BREADED REFRIGERATE FOR ATLEAST A HALF HOUR. (I FIND THIS KEEPS ROLL TIGHT) :)
- IN A LARGE PAN HEAT UP A HALF CUP OF VEGETABLE OIL N BROWN CHICKEN ON ONE SIDE...THEN COVER PAN N COOK ON MED HEAT FOR 3 MINUTES...FLIP CHICKEN N BROWN ON OTHER SIDE.
- REMOVE TO PLATTER N COVER WITH A PIECE OF FOIL UNTIL READY TO SERVE...REMMBER THE TOOTHPICKS!...ENJOY :)
