The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 large boneless chicken breast , halved n flattened
  • 1/2 pound(s) deli ham slices
  • 1/2 pound(s) swiss cheese slices
  • 2 cup(s) bread crumbs (more or less)
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup(s) vegetable oil (more or less)
  • - toothpicks

Instruction

  • FLATTEN OUT CHICKEN BREAST
  • LAY ONTOP OF CHICKEN A SLICE OF HAM N THEN A SLICE OF SWISS CHEESE. THEN ROLL UP TIGHTLY N SECURE WITH A TOOTHPICK OR TWO.
  • NEXT DIP CHICKEN ROLL IN BEATEN EGG N THEN ROLL IN BREADCRUMBS. ONCE ALL CHICKEN IS BREADED REFRIGERATE FOR ATLEAST A HALF HOUR. (I FIND THIS KEEPS ROLL TIGHT) :)
  • IN A LARGE PAN HEAT UP A HALF CUP OF VEGETABLE OIL N BROWN CHICKEN ON ONE SIDE...THEN COVER PAN N COOK ON MED HEAT FOR 3 MINUTES...FLIP CHICKEN N BROWN ON OTHER SIDE.
  • REMOVE TO PLATTER N COVER WITH A PIECE OF FOIL UNTIL READY TO SERVE...REMMBER THE TOOTHPICKS!...ENJOY :)
