Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt (or 1/8 teaspoon sea salt)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 large hard-boiled eggs (sliced)
- 4 strips crispy cooked bacon (chopped)
- 2 medium baked chicken breast (sliced (6 oz each))
- 2 cups crisp salad greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 Haas avocado (sliced)
- 2 oz crumbled blue cheese
Instruction
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until they emulsify into a rich salad dressing.
- Arrange the salad greens on a large serving platter.
- Assemble the salad toppings on top of the greens as shown in the photos. Or in whatever order you like!
- Drizzle the dressing on top of the salad and serve.
