Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 250 gsm chicken paste
- 2 big sizes boiled potatoes
- 1 cup boiled green peas
- 1 bowl bread crumbs
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp chicken masala (ready made)
- 2 tsp chat masala
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Oil for dip fry
Instruction
- Take a mixing bowl add chicken paste, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, ,butter, chicken masala and bread crumbs.
- Mix well and make small balls keep in freeze for 10 minutes. Then dip fry and keep separate.
- Take a frying pan 2 tsp oil, boiled green peas, pieces of boiled potatoes and sauteed. Add chat masala, salt lemon juice and fried chicken. Again toss and serve with mints
