Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (approx 1/2 to 3/4 pound)
- 1 1/2 Tbsps olive oil
- kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 package Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 flatbreads come in one package)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 10.8 oz bag Dole Chopped Caesar Salad Kit
Instruction
- Set a small skillet over medium heat and add 1/2 Tbsp of the olive oil. Sprinkle the chicken with kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes, put the chicken in the skillet. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. Remove from skillet, let cool, and dice into bite size pieces.
- In a small bowl whisk together the remaining 1 Tbsp olive oil and garlic. Brush the Naan bread with the garlic oil.
- Place the Naan flatbreads on a lined baking sheet. Divide the diced chicken evenly on the flatbreads and sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Place in a 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
- While the flatbreads bake in the oven, prepare the Caesar salad kit according to package directions.
- Let the flatbreads cool slightly and top them with some of the the prepared Caesar salad, serve any remaining Caesar salad on the side.
