Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 21 ozs Chicken breasts
  • 24 fresh bay leaves
  • 6 Tbsps lemon juice
  • 1 cup Lemon infused olive oil
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp clear honey
  • 0.5 tsp White pepper
  • 8 wooden Skewer
  • salt
  • Lemon wedge (to serve)

Instruction

  • Wash and dry the meat and cut into 32 pieces. Mix the lemon juice, oil, curry powder, honey and pepper to make a marinade and mix the meat with the marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Thread 4 pieces of chicken and 3 bay leaves onto each skewer, alternating chicken and bay leaves. Grill the kebabs on all sides on a barbecue and sprinkle with salt before serving. Serve with lemon wedges.
