Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 21 ozs Chicken breasts
- 24 fresh bay leaves
- 6 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 cup Lemon infused olive oil
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp clear honey
- 0.5 tsp White pepper
- 8 wooden Skewer
- salt
- Lemon wedge (to serve)
Instruction
- Wash and dry the meat and cut into 32 pieces. Mix the lemon juice, oil, curry powder, honey and pepper to make a marinade and mix the meat with the marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Thread 4 pieces of chicken and 3 bay leaves onto each skewer, alternating chicken and bay leaves. Grill the kebabs on all sides on a barbecue and sprinkle with salt before serving. Serve with lemon wedges.
