Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded into pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli coleslaw
  • 3/4 – 1 cup cilantro creamy dressing
  • 3/4 cup cherry sweet tomatoes, cut into 4 halves
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Remove the skin from the chicken and shred it with your hands and place in a bowl. Add the slaw, cilantro sauce, tomatoes and pecans. Mix and if you want more dressing add the last 1/4 cup. Season with salt and pepper. *Eat alone, on top of greens or in a sandwich.*
