Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 slices bacon
- 3 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 head Boston or Bibb lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado (diced)
Instruction
- Cut the bacon slices into bite size pieces using kitchen scissors directly into a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon, stirring occasionally 5-7 minutes. Drain on a paper towel and set aside.
- Put the cooked, diced chicken in a bowl and add a few spoonfuls of the ranch dressing, stir until evenly coated.
- Fill each lettuce wrap with chicken and top with shredded cheese, bacon, and avocado. Drizzle remaining ranch dressing over top.
