Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 2 strips bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 4 eggs
- 1 small avocado, diced
- hot sauce, cheese, salsa etc for optional toppings
- tortillas – homemade or storebought
Instruction
- In a large saute pan, cook bacon and peppers. Add eggs and chicken and cook until chicken is warm and eggs are scrambled.
- Stir in avocados.
- Scoop into tortillas and top as desired!
