Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 2 strips bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small avocado, diced
  • hot sauce, cheese, salsa etc for optional toppings
  • tortillas – homemade or storebought

Instruction

  • In a large saute pan, cook bacon and peppers. Add eggs and chicken and cook until chicken is warm and eggs are scrambled.
  • Stir in avocados.
  • Scoop into tortillas and top as desired!
