The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger (peeled and minced)
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 1 red onion (cut in half and thinly sliced)
- 3 bell peppers (cored, seeded and thinly sliced (any color, I used red, green and yellow))
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 handful fresh cilantro leaves ((optional garnish))
