Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 0.5 tsp olive oil
- salt
- 4 ozs small button Mushroom
- 3 ozs Chicken breasts
- 0.5 bunch cilantro
Instruction
- Soak wooden skewers in lukewarm water (to prevent burning).
- Rinse chile pepper, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and chop finely.
- Mix chile pepper in a small bowl with oil and salt to taste.
- Take skewers out of the water. Rinse the mushrooms and trim.
- Rinse the chicken breast, pat dry with paper towels and cut into pieces. Alternately thread chicken pieces and mushrooms on skewers.
- Heat a non-stick pan. Sprinkle chile oil in the pan and fry the skewers until golden brown on all sides over medium heat.
- Rinse cilantro, shake dry and pluck leaves from stems. Sprinkle cilantro leaves over the skewers and serve.
