Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 small red chili pepper
  • 0.5 tsp olive oil
  • salt
  • 4 ozs small button Mushroom
  • 3 ozs Chicken breasts
  • 0.5 bunch cilantro

Instruction

  • Soak wooden skewers in lukewarm water (to prevent burning).
  • Rinse chile pepper, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and chop finely.
  • Mix chile pepper in a small bowl with oil and salt to taste.
  • Take skewers out of the water. Rinse the mushrooms and trim. 
  • Rinse the chicken breast, pat dry with paper towels and cut into pieces. Alternately thread chicken pieces and mushrooms on skewers.
  • Heat a non-stick pan. Sprinkle chile oil in the pan and fry the skewers until golden brown on all sides over medium heat.
  • Rinse cilantro, shake dry and pluck leaves from stems. Sprinkle cilantro leaves over the skewers and serve.
