Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2.5 lbs. chicken pieces ((I use a mix of bone-in, skin-on breasts and/or thighs))
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup carrot, diced small ((or one large carrot))
  • 1 cup celery, diced small ((or 2 stalks))
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 1/2 cups Nutpods Original Creamer
  • 2 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, (or 1 lemon)
  • 1 cup Bob's Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp freshly chopped thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp ghee (at room temperature) (*you can use butter here if you'd like and *you can use vegan butter for Dairy-Free)
  • 4 tbsp Nutpods Original Creamer
