Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2.5 lbs. chicken pieces ((I use a mix of bone-in, skin-on breasts and/or thighs))
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
- 1 cup carrot, diced small ((or one large carrot))
- 1 cup celery, diced small ((or 2 stalks))
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 1/2 cups Nutpods Original Creamer
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, (or 1 lemon)
- 1 cup Bob's Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp freshly chopped thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped chives
- 2 tbsp ghee (at room temperature) (*you can use butter here if you'd like and *you can use vegan butter for Dairy-Free)
- 4 tbsp Nutpods Original Creamer
