Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 12 oz container Kraft Green Onion Dip
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes ((optional))
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 6 oz chicken breasts (, cooked and chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • fresh parsley and chives for garnishing

Instruction

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt. Cook pasta al dente (depending on the instructions on the package. Drain.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a oven safe skillet, over medium heat melt butter, then slowly add the content of 1 12 oz container Kraft Green Onion Dip, stirring constantly. One the mixture is smooth, add chicken, broccoli and pasta. Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes (optional). Stir to combine.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Transfer to the oven - bake for 25 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  • Carefully take out of the oven and serve hot. garnish with chopped parsley and chives.
