Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 0.5 Baguette
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 0.5 cup Dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
- 8 slices Bacon (thin)
- 2.25 cups Arugula (washed and shaken dry)
- 2 cooked Chicken breasts
- salt
- peppers
- 4 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs mint
Instruction
- FRY THE BREAD
- Tear the baguette into pieces. Heat the olive oil and butter and fry the bread until golden brown. Dust with garlic powder.
- PREPARE THE OTHER INGREDIENTS
- Cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Cut the bacon into smaller pieces and fry until crisp in a dry frying pan. Tear the chicken breasts into pieces.
- MIX AND SEASON
- Put all the prepared ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
- DRESS AND SERVE
- Mix the oil and vinegar and sprinkle over the salad. Add a few mint leaves and serve.
