Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 0.5 Baguette
  • 4 Tbsps olive oil
  • 3 Tbsps butter
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup Dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
  • 8 slices Bacon (thin)
  • 2.25 cups Arugula (washed and shaken dry)
  • 2 cooked Chicken breasts
  • salt
  • peppers
  • 4 Tbsps white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 sprigs mint

Instruction

  • FRY THE BREAD
  • Tear the baguette into pieces. Heat the olive oil and butter and fry the bread until golden brown. Dust with garlic powder.
  • PREPARE THE OTHER INGREDIENTS
  • Cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Cut the bacon into smaller pieces and fry until crisp in a dry frying pan. Tear the chicken breasts into pieces.
  • MIX AND SEASON
  • Put all the prepared ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  • DRESS AND SERVE
  • Mix the oil and vinegar and sprinkle over the salad. Add a few mint leaves and serve.
