- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup dill pickle juice (optional or use more milk)
- 1 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- peanut oil (or canola oil for frying (about 2 cups depending on pan size))
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey (use maple syrup if allergic)
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
