Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 4 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard ((or 3/4 tsp yellow mustard))
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise ((I use reduced fat Duke's))
  • 24 ounces shredded cabbage/carrot mix ((also called coleslaw mix))
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper (optional)*

Instruction

  • Using a medium bowl, add vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt; whisk until completely combined. Add mayonnaise and whisk until completely combined.
  • Add cabbage mix; fold gently into the sauce mixture until completely coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
