- ¼ cup ground tomatoes
- ¾ tsp oregano (dried)
- ¼ tsp Kosher salt
- ½ tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 28 oz. can whole tomatoes (drained and hand-crushed)
- 4 cups mozzarella (fresh, sliced or mozzarella)
- 14 oz Italian sausage (hot or sweet, removed from casing and crumbled)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
