Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup Gluten Free Oat Flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp freeze dried strawberries (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (pure)
- 1/2 tsp lemon extract
Instruction
- To a medium bowl, add nut butter, maple syrup, oat flour, lemon extract, chia seeds and roughly chopped freeze dried strawberries. Combine with a spoon until ingredients are fully blended.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a bite-size ball. The batter should be squishy and stick together easily. If it doesn't, dampen your hands with water. This will be enough to help it stick together.
- Place rolled bites in a container in the refrigerator 30 minutes to set. Keep in the refrigerator up to 10 days or in the freezer up to 60 days.
