  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instruction

  • Blend spinach, water, and oranges together until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
