Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons quark (or cottage cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup of coarsely chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Instruction

  • <p>The night before serving, mix together the almond milk, yoghurt, quark, maple syrup, vanilla extract and the chia seeds. Mix well ensuring there are no lumps.</p> <p>Pour into serving jars and refrigerate overnight.</p> <p>In the morning, garnish the puddings with the raspberries, chopped almonds and sunflower seeds.</p> <p>Serve immediately.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
