Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Milk 500ml
  • Chia seeds (Sabja 20 gm)
  • Coconut sugar 30 gm
  • Soaked & grind rice 30 gm
  • Chopped pistachios 10 gm
  • Agar agar 2 gm
  • Rose petals For decoration

Instruction

  • Boil milk.Add sugar and soaked and grind rice
  • continuously stir the mixture, avoid lumps.
  • Cook till it becomes thick off the flame.
  • Add half chia seed and stir it properly
  • Dissolve agar agar in two spoons of milk and ads in phirni and stir it properly.
  • Fill the mixture in a cylindrical mold and keep in the refrigerator for one hour or whenever it set as a pannacotta.
  • Serve cold Phirni pannacotta with chia seeds and garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals.
