Ingredients

The following ingredients have 11 Servings
  • 2 pints of fresh raspberries
  • 1 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 quart of sparkling water

Instruction

  • Add raspberries and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until the mixture is a smooth juice. About 2 minutes.
  • Pour raspberry mixture into a large pitcher.
  • Add water, sugar, and chia seeds. Stir to combine.
  • Right before you are about to serve add sparkling water. Stir and serve!
