The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
Instruction
- Whisk the almond milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a medium mixing bowl
- Add the chia seeds and whisk them into the mixture
- Pour into glass jars
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight
- Serve with desired toppings or eat plain
