Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

Instruction

  • Whisk the almond milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a medium mixing bowl
  • Add the chia seeds and whisk them into the mixture
  • Pour into glass jars
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight
  • Serve with desired toppings or eat plain
