Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (almond milk/fat free milk at room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract

Instruction

  • Chill two tall glasses. In a liquid measuring cup or small bowl, stir together the coconut milk beverage and chia seeds and let stand 20 minutes.
  • Place the coconut-chia gel, cocoa powder, frozen yogurt, honey and peppermint extract in a bleder. Cover and puree until smooth.
  • Pour into the chilled glasses and serve.
