Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 large slice Bread (e. g. rye bread, halved or ciabatta)
- olive oil
- 1 small tomato (halved)
- 3.333 cups mixed Cherry tomatoes (rot and yellow, large and small, halved)
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 0.5 bunch Chervil
Instruction
- Toast the bread in a frying pan in some oil on both sides until crispy.
- Rub the cut side of the tomato onto the bread.
- Fry the cherry tomatoes and the shallot in 1 tbsp olive oil and arrange on the bread.
- Sprinkle with chervil and season with salt and ground black pepper and serve warm or lukewarm.
