Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 large slice Bread (e. g. rye bread, halved or ciabatta)
  • olive oil
  • 1 small tomato (halved)
  • 3.333 cups mixed Cherry tomatoes (rot and yellow, large and small, halved)
  • 1 shallot (finely chopped)
  • 0.5 bunch Chervil

Instruction

  • Toast the bread in a frying pan in some oil on both sides until crispy.
  • Rub the cut side of the tomato onto the bread.
  • Fry the cherry tomatoes and the shallot in 1 tbsp olive oil and arrange on the bread.
  • Sprinkle with chervil and season with salt and ground black pepper and serve warm or lukewarm.
