Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 16 oz cherry or grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 8 oz mozzarella pearls ((mozzarella balls))
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • kosher salt (to taste)
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Add the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil to a medium sized bowl. 
  • Drizzle the olive oil over top and toss to coat. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over top and toss again. 
  • Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste. 
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour or so before serving. This dish is best when served the same day it is made.
