Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 16 oz cherry or grape tomatoes (halved)
- 8 oz mozzarella pearls ((mozzarella balls))
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Add the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil to a medium sized bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over top and toss to coat. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over top and toss again.
- Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour or so before serving. This dish is best when served the same day it is made.
