Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • ½ cup dates ((pitted))
  • ½ cup dried cherries ((no sugar added))
  • 1 cup pecans
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in the processor, and blend until it becomes a ball.
  • Place on plastic wrap on a flat work surface.
  • Wrap plastic around the "dough".
  • Roll and shape.
  • At this point, you can place the whole thing in the fridge for 24 hours. But I recommend the freezer. The dough is very sticky and soft, so a few hours in the freezer would do it some good.
  • You could also put a few extra nuts in the processor and roll your bars in the nuts as a last step to avoid getting your fingers sticky when you pick it up.
