Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup dark cherries (pitted and diced)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cherry brandy (optional)
Instruction
- Heat 2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Whisk in the cocoa powder and when it is incorporated, whisk in the sugar and stir until it's dissolved.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the brandy.
- Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
- Process in ice cream maker per instructions.
- When finished, fold in cherries. Scoop into a lidded container and store in the freezer.
